Copyright & Resource Policy
This policy explains how SCHOLIX.PK identifies, displays and responds to rights concerns involving educational resources available through the platform.
SCHOLIX Policy Center
Clear information for students about free learning access, privacy, content use and service delivery.
1. SCHOLIX-Created Material
Lessons, explanations, quizzes, study plans, interface content and other material created by SCHOLIX are protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights. Students may use this material for personal study, subject to the SCHOLIX Terms & Conditions.
2. Community and Third-Party Educational Resources
The Resource Library may also contain educational files contributed by users, shared through study communities, or attributed to an identified author, teacher, academy or publisher. The presence of a resource on SCHOLIX does not mean that SCHOLIX created it or owns the copyright in it.
Where a third-party creator, author, academy, publisher, logo or trademark is identified, those rights remain with the respective owner. SCHOLIX does not claim ownership of third-party names, logos, trademarks or works merely because they are displayed through the platform.
3. Attribution Is Not a Transfer of Rights
Crediting a creator or publisher is intended to identify the source or rights holder. Attribution by itself does not transfer copyright, create a licence, or remove any rights held by the original owner. Likewise, the fact that a file has circulated in a WhatsApp group, social-media community or other study group does not by itself establish that unrestricted republication is permitted.
4. Read-Only Access
SCHOLIX may use a protected read-only viewer for some resources and may disable student download or print controls. These technical restrictions are intended to reduce uncontrolled redistribution; they do not change or replace the underlying copyright status of a work.
5. Advertising and Endorsement
Advertising may appear on SCHOLIX pages. The presence of advertising does not imply that a third-party author, academy, publisher or trademark owner sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with SCHOLIX unless that relationship is expressly stated.
6. Rights-Holder Review and Removal
SCHOLIX respects intellectual-property rights. If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe a resource on SCHOLIX is unauthorized, incorrectly attributed, or should no longer be available, you may submit a rights-holder removal request. SCHOLIX may temporarily disable access while a claim is reviewed and may remove or update material when appropriate.
Please use the Copyright Removal Request page and provide enough information for SCHOLIX to identify the work and the exact resource in question.
7. Corrections and Source Updates
If the issue is an incorrect author name, publisher name, logo, source description or other attribution detail rather than a removal request, contact SCHOLIX with the correct information and supporting evidence. We may update the resource listing after review.
8. Contact
Copyright and resource-rights questions can be sent to tahirbilal9838@gmail.com. For a removal request, please use the dedicated page so the required details are included.
